The exterior revisions are the same with those first on the Tourneo Custom, which means a new front-end design with an exclusive three-bar grille for the Transit Custom. The new headlights can now be equipped with LED DRLs and xenon lamps in higher equipment levels.

The new Ford Transit Custom will continue to use the company”s state-of-the-art EcoBlue diesel engine, which is available in 105, 130 and 170 horsepower versions and improves fuel efficiency by 13 percent and low-end Torque by 20 percent.
The most economical option of the range is the new Econetic version which emits 148gr / km of CO2 and returns an average of 49.6mpg UK (5.7l / 100km). The uniquely calibrated 105 hp diesel unit, the auto-stop start function, a set of low-resistance tires, Ford”s Acceleration Control and a top speed of 100 km / h are responsible for the efficiency gains ,
There are also a number of driver assistance systems, including features such as Traffic Sign Recognition, Cross Traffic Alert, Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection, Adaptive Cruise Control among others.
The range-topping 170 hp sports series model is also redesigned for the new model body kit, which consists of two bonnet strips and an interior finish in partial leather and embossed fabric inserts.
